1. All Warranty Issues are to be sent to Suite 5, 43 Hutton Street, Osborne Park, WA 6017 Australia. Failure to provide full details on problem and invoice will result in delays in your solution 2. Attach the Warranty letter to the item when you send back 3. In the event that the problem is due to a fault with the item we will send the item back repaired or replaced, if the item is deemed working and the issue is a result of failure to follow instructions or installation guides, the postage costs to return your item will be covered by you. 4. If you think your item can be fixed with sending of replacement parts, simply contact staff on (08) 9244 9005 and let them know, then send the warranty letter and request the parts you require and will be determine which action is best to find a solution |
