Agreement Between User and Shoreline 4x4

Shoreline 4x4 Pty Ltd (ACN 130 646 927) operates Shoreline 4x4 Online Store ('the Website'). Your use of the Website constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions and notices contained herein. If you do not agree to these terms you should not use the Website.

Modification of Terms

Shoreline 4x4 reserves the right to make changes to its Terms and Conditions without notice. You are responsible for regularly reviewing its Terms and Conditions.

The entire content contained in this site, including but not limited to text, design or graphics is copyrighted as a collective work under the Australian copyright laws, and is the property of Shoreline 4x4. All trademarks and trade names are registered trademarks of and are proprietary to Shoreline 4x4, or other respective owners that have granted Shoreline 4x4 the right to use such marks.

Limitation of Liability

Shoreline 4x4 will not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential damages as a result of the use or misuse of its website or products. In addition, Shoreline 4x4 will in no way be responsible for transactions entered into the website as a result of unauthorised access to your account.

Shoreline 4x4 does not represent that the Website or the service making it available is free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for scanning any information in the Website for viruses and Shoreline 4x4 accepts no responsibility, regardless of cause, which may be the result of such information.

Shoreline 4x4 makes no warranties about the accuracy or completeness of information provided in the Website, and no guarantees about the availability of stock.  Photographs and product specifications are only a representation of the products advertised, and slight variations may occur with each batch of stock.

Capacity

The use of the Website is restricted to those who are able to enter into a legally binding contract. All customers are required to be over 18 years of age.

Orders

Any order placed with Shoreline 4x4 via the Website is an offer by you, the User, to purchase a particular product for the advertised price (including delivery costs). Shoreline 4x4 reserves the right to reject your offer of purchase for any reason whatsoever. A legally binding contract will only be entered into once confirmation of your order and payment is sent to you by Shoreline 4x4, as indicated by when you receive an email from us stating that your product has been delivered to you.

Delivery

Customers should allow up to 10 working days for delivery of their ordered product. We will deliver by Australia Post, and a signature will be required for pick up. If no one is available to sign for the parcel, a notice will be left for you to collect the parcel from your nearest Australia Post outlet, with appropriate identification.

Any additional freight charges for reasons including but not limited to bulk orders, heavy items or urgent delivery will be quoted to you upon receipt of your order.

Warranty

All products are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. This limited warranty is non-transferable and is an exclusive consumer's remedy. The warranty operates in addition to those implied by law and applies to all non-perishable goods advertised on the website unless otherwise stated.

The warranty does not extend to damage arising from:

1. normal wear and tear;
2. abuse and misuse of a product;
3. improper operation, storage or neglect of a product;
4. contact of a product with a harmful substance;
5. altering or tampering with a product
6. other acts which are not the fault of Shoreline Imports and which occurred after the product left Shoreline 4x4.
   
   In the event of a product not conforming to this warranty, Shoreline 4x4 will, at its option, replace, refund the purchase price or repair the product at no cost to the consumer.

Returns

Shoreline 4x4 has a 30-day money back guarantee provided returned products are unused, unaltered and in their original condition and packaging.  Returns must be accompanied with a copy of the Invoice received with your order and must be carefully packed and freight paid. Upon receiving the item, we will credit you with your original method of payment.

International Customers

Shoreline 4x4 is intended for use by Australian residents only, however if you are wishing to place an order to an address outside of Australia please do not hesitate to contact us at sales@shoreline4x4.com.au.
